My items haven't arrived within estimated time?

E-CHECK payments may delay the processing time because we
will only send out the goods until it’s cleared by Paypal
(approximately it would take 3 business days).

Most of our items do not fit through a standard letterbox.
The courier will leave you a card and ask you to rearrange
for delivery if you are not at home.

All our items have return address details on envelops. If
your parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to
arrange redelivery.

Royal Mail is one of the best postal services in the world
and their average delivery time is 3.6 days. We are
surprised how efficient they are.
What if my item is faulty?
Every item is guaranteed for a minimum of One-Year Manufacturer
Warranty (not 30 days as offered by many sellers). We are happy
to offer a replacement if you receive a defective item. If there
is a problem, let us know and we will replace your item with NO
EXTRA CHARGES! For expensive item, we may ask you to return the
item to us - at our cost. Please contact us first to make any
arrangements.
What if I receive wrong item?
If
you receive a not-as-described item (e.g. incorrect, part
missing), please contact us when you get the item. We will
arrange a replacement as soon as the case is confirmed.
I need my purchase quickly - can you help？
We offer a range of postal services - you can choose the one of
the shipping methods when you checkout, such as Royal Mail First
Class, Second class and Special Delivery. Please also make a
note at Paypal payment.
Oversea mail will be posted by using Airmail Service and it will
usually be delivered to European destinations within 7 to
10 working days and some countries will take more than 14
working days. Please do not bid if you do not agree with it.
Combined Purchases？
We are pleased to offer shipping discounts on combined
purchases. We will send out the items with one package. Ebay
